This estate was made to entertain with two separate recreation/lounge areas, both with their own billiards table, and a club level complete with a DJ booth, a full wet bar, and a state-of-the-art lighting and audio system. If that's not enough, there also is a large fitness room and theater room with a seating room for over 20 people.

The estate also has unique features including a smart house system that controls lighting, audio, and window shades, a glass floor that looks into the wine cellar, and an underwater window that peers into the pool from the recreation room on the lower level. Every single bedroom has a view of the city with shared wrap-around balconies.

The master bedroom has custom settings for various moods combining window shades, lights, and audio levels. The master bathroom has his and her sinks, a large two-person shower, and a two-person Jacuzzi tub in the middle of the bathroom that overlooks the views of the city. There is also a wrap-around master closet in the bathroom.

The main level of the estate has a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and custom lighting installed around the outline of the kitchen.
